Passport: Original passport with a minimum validity of six months after the intended date of departure and at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
a) Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
b) Attach all your old passports (if any).
c) If any visa request was refused, details of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country would be preferred.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size photographs with a white background and no border (Size: 3.5 cm x 5.0 cm).
- The photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled, or used in any previous visas.

Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose of travel, and details of who will be responsible for travel, accommodation, and expenses. Addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of China, Dhaka.

Invitation Letter: Required from the host company in China, mentioning the applicant’s details, business purpose, duration of stay, and assurance of financial responsibility.

Forwarding Letter:
a) Forwarding letter/NOC from the applicant’s company on the company’s letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of visit.
b) Trade license and company registration documents (translated and notarized in English).

Proof of Occupation:
a) Company registration certificate (original notarized English translated and photocopy of the original) if the applicant is a first-time traveler or a proprietor.
b) Office ID card copy & visiting cards.

Financials:
a) Company’s or personal bank statement for the last six months, clearly mentioning the bank’s name and telephone number.
b) Salary slip for the last six months (if any).

Airline & Hotel Reservation: Ticket itinerary & hotel booking.
