1. Passport Requirements

✔ Original passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the intended date of travel.
✔ At least two blank pages in the passport for the visa stamp.
✔ Copy of previous passports and visas (if applicable).
✔ If any visa was previously rejected, provide the original rejection letter from the authorities.

2. Egypt Visa Application Form

✔ The visa application form must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

3. Photo Requirements

✔ Two recent passport-size photographs (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm).
✔ White background, no borders.
✔ The photo must be less than three months old (no scanned or stapled images).
✔ The photo should not have been used in previous visas.

4. Covering Letter

✔ A letter from the applicant stating:

• Full Name & Passport Number
• Purpose of travel & Duration of stay
• Who will bear the travel expenses
  ✔ Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Egypt, Dhaka.

5. Invitation Letter (For Business Visa Applicants)

✔ A formal invitation letter from a company or business contact in Egypt.

6. Forwarding Letter

✔ For Employees: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer on official letterhead, stating:

• Applicant’s name, designation, and passport number
• Purpose and duration of visit
  ✔ For Students: A letter from the educational institution or proof of enrollment.

7. Proof of Occupation

✔ For Business Owners: Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation + photocopy).
✔ For Employees: Office ID card copy and business visiting card.

8. Financial Proof

✔ Bank Statement (Personal or Company) for the last 6 months, including the bank’s name and contact information.
✔ Salary slip for the last 6 months (if applicable).

9. Travel & Accommodation Proof

✔ Confirmed flight itinerary and hotel booking details.
