1. Passport Requirements:

• Original passport with a minimum validity of six months from the intended departure date.
• At least two blank pages for visa stamps.
• Copy of previous passports and visas (if applicable).
• Attach all old passports (if any).
• If any visa request was refused previously, provide the original rejection letter issued by the authorities.

2. Indonesia Visa Application Form:

• The visa application form must be filled out and signed by the applicant.

3. Photo Requirements:

• Two recent passport-size photographs (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm).
• White background, without borders.
• Photos must be less than three months old, not scanned or stapled, and should not have been used in any previous visas.

4. Covering Letter:

• A letter from the applicant, mentioning their name, designation, passport number, purpose of travel, and financial responsibility for the trip.
• Addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Indonesia, Dhaka.

5. Invitation Letter (for Business Visa):

• A formal invitation letter from the business counterpart in Indonesia.

6. Forwarding Letter:

• For Employees: A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer on official letterhead stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose, and duration of the visit.
• For Students: A letter from the educational institution or a student ID/enrollment proof.

7. Proof of Occupation:

• For Business Owners: Company registration certificate (original notarized English translation + photocopy of the original).
• For Employees: Office ID card copy and business visiting card.

8. Financial Proof:

• Personal or company bank statement for the last six months (with the bank’s name and contact details clearly mentioned).
• Salary slips for the last six months (if applicable).

9. Travel & Accommodation Proof:

• Confirmed flight itinerary and hotel booking.
